Notes SERVICE NOTES The design drawings shall include the following: Suggested furniture layouts at scale Basic landscaping layout 3D realistic perspective views of the proposed residence Digital animation / fly-though showcasing the proposed residence The technical drawings shall include the following: Site Plan / Roof Plan to scale Floor Plans to scale, including drainage Elevations to scale, including drainage Sections to scale Window Schedules to scale Door Schedules to scale Electrical Layout to scale Stormwater layout to scale Lighting layout to scale Non standard details (IE: water features, planters, special details etc…) SANS 204 Energy efficiency requirements EXTRA SERVICE NOTES Separate services include 3d architectural visualization. Projects needing 3d renders , interior , exterior and 3d fly through videos. Sub contract work for companies needing an extra service.
